1. Can I order a custom design for a school, event, or campaign?
Absolutely—we design everything in-house and are open to collaborations. If you're a school, parent, educator, or event organizer looking for a specific design on one of our sustainable products, just drop us a line contact@support.shameproofing.com. We'll explore design options, availability, production impact, and can offer bulk order discounts based on size and product mix.
2. Why are your products limited to certain garments and styles?
Because we refuse to add more waste to the world. We only use sustainably sourced options—meaning no fast fashion, no overproduction, and no shortcuts. That means we currently work with a selected range of ethical garments only. The upside? Every piece you wear from us respects the planet as much as the people on it.
3. Where are your products shipped from?
At the moment, most of our apparel is printed and shipped from the EU where we are based. We're working to add more of the USA-produced sustainable tee (like the Mirror Talk Tee - "Realness") very soon, so we can reduce shipping distances and carbon emissions even more. One world, one mission—less harm, more intention.
4. How are the designs printed?
Most of our garments are printed using DTG (Direct-to-Garment) technology.
Here’s what that means:

Pro: Soft, detailed prints with no plastic feel

Pro: Water-based inks that are eco-friendlier

Pro: Printed only when ordered = no waste

Con: Not as vibrant on dark garments, which is why we use cream instead of pure white—warmer tone, better result, more style
5. Why do prices show in USD, not Euros?
Even though we're based in Europe, we display prices in USD by default. That's because our e‑commerce platform uses USD as the base currency, converting it into your local currency based on live exchange rates support.ecwid.com+1help.shopify.com+1.
You can still toggle between 10 supported currencies—including EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, and more—via the selector in the header. While the checkout will show in USD, the amount you pay will reflect converted pricing in your chosen currency.

6. Can I get a different colour or garment than shown?
Possibly—just ask! If you'd love one of our designs on a hoodie, tote bag, or in another colour, shoot us a message. If it’s doable, we’ll make it happen. Custom orders come with a small surcharge, depending on the request.
7. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because each item is printed on demand just for you, we can’t offer returns for sizing or change-of-mind. But if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll fix it—no questions asked. Always. For more information please see the Returns & FAQ page.
8. What sizes do you offer?
Most of our garments are available in XS to 2XL, with some items extending up to 3XL or 5XL, depending on the colour/style. Since we work only with sustainable blanks, occasionally larger sizes (especially in colours other than black or white) may be temporarily out of stock.
We get it — that can be frustrating. But it also means we’re part of a supply chain that values quality over mass production. We're always pushing for more consistent size availability across all colours and styles, and we’ll update as soon as new stock rolls in.
